Rules & privacy
RoyaleTools Giveaways is run by RoyaleTools (Dcmat). These are the rules, and what the site keeps and why.
Giveaway rules
- Free to play. There is nothing to buy and no sign-in.
- You can win one reward a day (one every 24 hours), and each reward only once: Supercell lets a game account redeem the same reward only once.
- Claim your reward within 24 hours of winning, or it goes back to the pool for someone else.
- A reward you won but didn't claim in time still counts as your one win from that bundle.
- Reward links come from Supercell for Dcmat to give away. Supercell does not sponsor or run this site.
- Rewards are limited and released gradually, so a bundle can run out while you play.
- Links can expire, and a reward you already redeemed in the game may not work again.
- We never ask for your Supercell ID, password, Player Tag or an app install. Anyone who does is not us.
- Abuse is not allowed. Claims that look like abuse may be refused.
What we collect and why
To run the giveaway fairly and prevent abuse we process your IP address, network provider and country, and a random identifier for this browser. Your IP address is stored only as codes made with a secret key held by the site, never as the address itself. We also keep a record of which reward was given out and when.
Your puzzle and its moves are stored briefly so the result can be checked.
Cookies
One strictly necessary cookie remembers this browser for up to one year so the daily limit and My rewards work. Cloudflare Turnstile, our human check, may use its own strictly necessary storage. Your browser also keeps two small notes on this device only, which are never sent to us: that you have read the rules, and which game you last filtered by. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
How long we keep it
- Puzzles are deleted after 3 days.
- A reward you claimed can be shown again from My rewards for 72 hours.
- Connection details on claims are removed 30 days after a giveaway ends. Every giveaway has an end date.
- Claim records, with the scrambled browser identifier, are kept so that a reward link is never given out twice.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, the quick human check. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
Your choices
We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in running a fair giveaway and preventing abuse. You can clear this site's data at any time, but then your earlier rewards can no longer be shown on that browser.
You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted, and you can object to this processing at any time. Write to . You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are younger than the age your country requires to agree to this, ask a parent or guardian first.
